Arakain has slowly been becoming one of the longest-running domestic rock bands, recording records without interruption and touring relentlessly for more than four decades. They confirmed their exceptional status when they celebrated 40 years on the scene in January 2023 in the sold-out O2 Universum, where a special concert recording 40 – O2 Universum was also made. Over 140 minutes, 29 legendary hits and special guests, it was an unforgettable evening, now released as a DVD and as a 2CD.

In great form and presenting Arakain also in 2024, the enthusiastic audience was introduced to Jan Toužimský (vocals), Jiří Urban (guitars), Miroslav Mach (guitars), Lukáš “Doxa” Doksanský (drums) and Marek Loučka (bass). The complete repertoire and all genre periods were adorned with the participation of two important personalities. While Lucie Bílá, a multiple golden nightingale, has been meeting Arakain on stage since the beginning of her career, Petr Kolář replaced Aleš Brichta as the band’s singer between 2002 and 2005. Now, the numerous fans of our Czech heavy legend can enjoy the live best of Arakain not only in visual form, but also with great sound, which was taken care of by Honza Toužimský on the resulting recording.

It is released as a standalone DVD in a special digipack, and as a 2CD in a digipak.
