Croatia Records Release Information

It is with great pleasure that we present the music video for the song “Pušten sa lanca” (Released from the Chain), the single of the Split-based alternative rock band Stereotrip announcing their second album “Divlje zvijeri” (Wild Beasts), which is now available in physical LP edition and on streaming platforms.

The music and arrangement for the song “Pušten sa lanca” is signed by all the band members Marko Petrović (vocals, bass guitar), Ive Tudor (lead guitar), Ante Madunić (rhythm guitar), Antonio Vuletić (keyboards) and Roko Leni Ukić (drums). Petrović is the author of the lyrics. Split director and musician Marino Vrca wrote the script, directed and edited the video, which he also shot.

“This song is of a confessional nature, about the struggle of an individual through criticism of society. It also talks about capturing the feeling of rejecting that same society in every sense, searching for oneself and escaping from the unwanted,” said the band.

The album contains 10 songs, was recorded like its predecessor in the Pavarotti studio in Mostar and was produced by Ivan Božanić. Saša Karabatak appears as a cameraman in the studio, Adin Sarć as a technician, while Jere Poljak and Marin Ivančić are indispensable musical guests. The artistic design is the work of Dean Zobenica.

Stereotrip, a domestic alternative rock band from Split, was founded in 2019, and formed by Marko Petrović and Roko Leni Ukić, who were joined by the other mentioned members a little later.
