Zoran Predin and Nikola Čuturilo present the album “Analogna rasa” (Analog Race) on LP and CD.

The ten songs on this album preserve the values of analog sound and confirm the meaning of the concept they created, and are a testament to timeless quality in a time when trends come and go at a dizzying speed.

“The album is intended for kindred spirits of all skin colors, nationalities and religions, anthems of humanity in us, and in future generations, immigrants who will populate the planet Mars and take with them an acoustic guitar, a paper book and a bottle of good quince”, said Zoran Predin.

Nikola Čuturilo adds: “Our debut album “Analogna rasa” contains six completely new songs, three by Zoran and three by me. My old song “Kišobran” (Umbrella) was sung by Zoran, and his “Šta bi mi bez nas” (What Would We Do without Us) was sung by me. On Zoran’s song “Gastarbajter trubadur” (Guest Worker Troubadour), Kralj Čačka fits in wonderfully, and Dejan Cukić performed my contemporary “Voli me” (Love Me) in his own way, far from the original. All the old songs are in new arrangements and with the new songs they form an inseparable whole. The whole album is from the same hand and my recommendation is to listen to it in its entirety, just like in the good old analog days”.

The album already had an exclusive premiere in a way that celebrates the spirit of the analog era – in front of the audience, during a mini unplugged tour in Serbian cities.

“Analogna rasa’s” mini unplugged tour happened unplanned before the release of the album. It irresistibly reminded me of the old days when we sometimes presented completely new, unrecorded songs to the audience at concerts. It was extremely exciting to test our work in this good old way. The reactions to the songs “Javi se Che Guevara” (Che Guevara Gets in Touch), “Ko kanarinci u rudniku” (Like Canaries in a Mine), “Ni u snu” (Not in a Dream) and “Loše društvo” (Bad Company) were spontaneous, sincere and at times frenetic. All together a huge satisfaction and a tailwind!” explained Nikola Čuturilo.

The album “Analogna rasa” has been published by the record companies Croatia Records and Lampshade Media together.
