The legendary guitarist Zed Mitchell released the new studio album “Ha, ha, ha, ha...”

Zed Mitchell is the stage name of Zlatko Manojlović, a legendary guitarist who is primarily known as the founder of the Belgrade rock band Dah and of one of the first Yugoslavian heavy metal bands, Gordi.

He has been active on the Yugoslavian music scene since 1966, and after working in several ensembles since 1975, he devoted himself to a solo career, first as Zlatko Manojlović, and then under the name Zed Mitchell. He has published about 15 albums that are well appreciated by the public and critics, especially among guitar music lovers. With these albums, Manojlović positioned himself as one of the best guitarists who ever worked in the Yugoslavian area. He has been living in Germany for a many years, but he has never forgotten our area, moreover he often visits us, especially in his native Serbia, and the new studio album is an opportunity for a new tour.

The new album “Ha, ha, ha, ha...”, both in its name and in its songs, describes the real global situation and is a kind of criticism of society, but also of politics and the media, and a response to everything that is marketed to us and that we cling to as a drunken plot. However, the album is not only critical, but also abounds with love lyrics, and everything is wrapped in an occasionally bluesy rock sound. The base of all the songs is of course the guitar, both through the riffs and through the great solo parts, with which Zed Mitchell once again confirms his status.
