Release Information

It has been ten years since their last album, 2009’s “Időtörés” (Time Crash), and in that time they have created another hard rock classic from one of the longest-running bands on the domestic Hungarian rock scene. The “Együtt 40 éve!!!” (Together for 40 years!!!) album was produced by guitarist Ferenc Szigeti, while the unadulterated, dynamic Karthago sound is the work of sound engineer Csaba Varga, who mixed and mastered the album. The recordings were made at Green Studio in 2018, the cover is the work of Balázs Hajnal, and the album was released in 2019.

The acoustic bonus CD was recorded at Ram Colosseum – Rock Museum by Zoltán Csordás in 2015, and the post-production was done at Jankai Studio and at Zolasound Studio.

Only few bands can claim to have managed to keep a unified unchanged line-up together for so long, and the members of the legendary band Karthago have been playing together for four decades.
